One issue though is that the driver-side 360 vision camera isn't working properly. Showing up as blue in that quadrant on the display with a "loss of signal" indicator (camera icon crossed out). It's not a permanent fault - it worked again perfectly two days ago on one trip. Citroen dealer ran diagnostics, no faults indicated.
I thought that 2012 Picassos had DRLs; well, my early 2011 one did. On those it is true that the bulbs are not wired, so this seems rather odd to me. Have you tried testing with a meter. In most cases where new sidelight bulbs don't work the problem is the holder.
