Settlement without being a vassal. After starting a new game, I didn't want to be part of any kingdom. So I managed to get my clan lvl 3, I did all the quests for the banner (so I get the full part), but now, the quest ask to get an imperial or non imperial settlement. At lvl 3, I only get 107 soldiers.
I go create my own kingdom: Clan menu. > Create Kingdom. > Choose Kingdom Culture. > Choose Kingdom’s Active Policies. > Create Kingdom Name. Then, I go check the “Create a non-imperial kingdom” quest objects page again and the “Be an independent clan” box is now unchecked and says, “Clan independence 0/1.”.
